GSL also coordinate specialist Solo living arrangements, including parent and child (mother and baby) or single gender to attend to any form of child sexual exploitation risks. GSL Solo supported living provision offer intensive support to semi-independent living 24-hour accommodation for those young people who need the service, offering exceptional support with staffing ratio of 1 staff to 1 young person and the ratio can increase to 2 staffs to 1 young person or more reliant on needs assessment.
Go Supports Ltd (GSL) is explicitly developed for young people with intense and individual needs who are 16+ and require safe support. This support includes and are not limited to struggling young people to find semi-independent and supported living placements thus leading Local Authorities (LA’s) to our accommodation provisions.

It is our aim to enable young people in our provision to develop and maintain respect, independence, personal development skills and to make informed, age appropriate decisions concerning their present and future life progression.
Reliable and secured accommodation isn’t the only service GSL service users need. Many of our service users derived from dysfunctional or disadvantaged circumstances and they often have a mix of mental health needs. GSL is devoted to providing professional support services to young people, to enable them to develop holistically, whilst working with them to facilitate their persona, social and educational development. We provide a place for young people to communicate with adults about their views, issues and problems which effect their lives.
A systemic approach is used to support resident’s individual needs, alongside developing life skills to prepare them for independent living. GSL provides a home away from home; quality supportive accommodation with a respectful environment that encourages positive lifestyles. We work in partnership with all service users through a linkwork program that includes regular meetings to gain and maintain their skills and confidence.
At GSL we understand that getting the right care is very important therefore we offer personalised support, according to each individual needs. Our core service includes on-site support, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year. Friendly and professional staff provide positive role models for the young people we support. They develop warm relationships with each individual, guiding and encouraging towards increasing self-esteem, making positive changes and reaching goals.
We currently offer high standard supported living services in safe and homely environments across the UK. We provide young people with shared living experiences or solo training flat experiences to prepare them for independent living. For those who require additional support we offer 24 hour support, and 1:1 and 2:1 packages of care. At our accommodation, our young people have the opportunity to develop independent living skills, learn how to maintain a home, and plan their future.
GSL provides independent assessments for local authorities, courts and independent organisations for young people and families. Expert Independent Social Workers with GSL undertake a wide range of assessments including Parenting Assessments. Family support workers provide bespoke cost-effective packages of care to vulnerable families and those facing habitually complex difficulties where children may be at risk of entering care. GSL modus operandi is to keep families together. Under GSL Family Assessment Service, professionals work alongside families in their own homes to introduce new ways of communicating and managing challenges. An evidence-based report is provided with references and conclusions.
